CHANGING TO NEW HABITS!

Bismillah.
Salam.

Have you ever heard of this quote;

“Your habits will reflects your FUTURE”



Habits is something that we are keep doing it since we were small until now? Since we were in college? …
Which had successfully created what we are today!

Are we satisfied enough with:  WHO ARE WE TODAY?

If YES, means you had implementing good habits after all.

But if NO means; we must do something. Change the HABITS.

Changing the Habits is not easy to deal with. I must admit that!

Yeah.. You had been retained by your current habits for so long. Say it… 10 year? 15 years? Or maybe longer than that! (Oh my!)

Then suddenly you want to change / create a new good habits after so many years you had gone through with it….

Worry? 

Worry no more!

The easiest way is for you to find YOUR BIGGEST WHY!!

WHY do you need to change your Habits?

Let me give an example about myself:


My Biggest WHY is: I WANT MY 50KGS HEALTHY BODY back!! 
I don’t want to end up carrying my 67kgs of weights anymore!

So what I did  for the past 1.5 week & MUST continuously do is change my Habits:-

1) Avoid Sugar in my Coffee / Tea!
2) Everyday I must do 3-sets of planks & squat!
3) Running/ Treadmill for 5 times /week!
4) Controlled my Calorie intakes to not exceed than 1100kcals/daily!
5) Avoid salty food & sweet…! (I orang Kelantan… manis2 ni favourite)

After a week, I can feel the difference in terms of my fitness level. I am more energetic. My weight is started to decrease. 

Yes, it is very painful to adapt with my new changes at the beginning, but later on , it will become my new HABITS and Alhamdulillah, I managed to go through it up till todate.

To be honest I have to woke up at 5.30a.m, in order to start my new routine. I have to sacrifice my beauty sleep. But whenever the Negative whisper comes to my mind, I will re-focus my target and keep saying; “Okay, Let me give myself 1 more chance today….” 

 ‘WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE QUITTING, THINK ABOUT WHY YOU STARTED”


For those who wants to change their habits, simple points that you may consider:-

i) FIND your BIGGEST WHY
ii) START with Little PORTION! – e.g: running for 2-3km/ day, and slowly keep increasing the distance. Compared to start at 5-10km/day drastically!
iii) ISTIQAMAH or consistent! – what ever happens just KEEP ON MOVING!
iv) REWARD yourselves – shopping maybe? Or ask your loved ones to buy you something  hahaha
v) Do ENJOY it! – Make it fun! 

Allright friends. I have to make a move now! Till we meet again…
 I pray for your STRENGTH & ISTIQAMAH in CHANGING To A NEW HABITS!

Part 1# I CAN Lose Weight Too!

Okay, harini sambung balik cerita pasal program nak kurus.

Saya dah buat summary and guna pakai table lose weight yang Kevin Zahri provide dalam E-Book dia.
Memang menarik dan senang sangat nak paham!

Lupa pulak saya nak intro sikit pasal berat saya ni.

Basically, my weight history was like thissss..:-

During Uni-time (Age: 18-24) = 48 kgs
Before Married (Age: 26) = 50 kgs 
After 1st Baby born (Age: 27) = 55 kgs
After 2nd Baby born (Age: 29) = 68 kgs (see the BIGG JUMMP in the nos?)
After 3rd Baby born (Age: 31) = 60 kgs (after Betul-Betul Pantang during Confinement days!)

CURRENT WEIGHT : STUCKED AT 60 Kgs! Its OverWeight! Whokay!

60kgs= current weight!
Seriously now I have to take charge
Ianya bukan sekadar berat badan sahaja, TAPI, dengan segala lemak berlebihan di perut, lengan, Urghh!

So, selepas key-in all the necessary figures ke dalam templates yang Kevin provide tu, then, saya pun dapatlaa berapa calorie yang patut kene kurangkan.

Ini templates created by Kevin Zahri, Sorry, I have to make it blurr, sbb belom mintak  share dengan Kevin!
Secara ringkasnya, modus operandi saya to lose weight ni adalah sebegini:-

Current weight: 60-kgs
Target weight: 55-kgs
When to start?: T.o.D.a.Y ; 15/Sept/2012
When it ends?: 18/Oct/2012
Duration: 35 days approx.

So, saya dah set apa exercise that I should do. Then, at the same time, control my CALORIE intake (ini yang agak struggle nih).

Okay, wish me LUCK  INSYA ALLAH!! and Challowww...

But most probably I will opt for that if there is the only way to reduce my weight! No kidding! 
Tak logic la! Kan!

Bercerita pasal nak kurus ni, memang dah lama saya pasang ImPiaN MurNi saya ni untuk nak kurus since after my 2nd baby born. It was last 2009! 
Lama sungguh memasang impian dan cita-cita ni!

TAPI , teruk sangat ker you punya BERAT ni Diy?

Secara ringkas & penuh MALU nya, terus-terang saya katakan, selepas saya lahirkan anak ke-dua seterusnya sampailah ke-tiga, berat saya memang di kira status OVERWEIGHT! 

Camana you tau yang you OVERWEIGHT, Diy?

Saya kira laaaa..boleh tahu kan BMI berapa. Memang sangat melapasi takat teloransi IDEAL WEIGHT la..

Since 2009 sampai lah sekarang (2012), takkan laa you baru nak INSAF kutt!?!!

Perasaan nak kurus tu, sentiasa segar dihati saya. Hukhuk!!
TETAPI sifat BERTANGGUH + TAK SABAR membuatkan saya cepat berputus asa dengan apa sahaja yang saya sedang buat untuk kurangkan lelemak degil saya ni!!

Habis tu, you nak buat apa sekarang ni, Diy?

Hmm, nak start balik laa cita-cita lama nak kuruskan badan ni! Letih la, sebab selalu nak kene carry excess 'baggage' dalam badan saya ni! Serious!!

Nak tahu apa yang saya nak buat?
Hmm.. untuk pengetahuan semua, since 2 tahun lepas, saya ada beli E-Book from Kevin Zahri ( personal trainer & health coach yang encem itu!)

Since after millions browsing here and there, survey produk slimming situ dan sini, saya rasa, the best method untuk menguruskan badan adalah secara NORMAL

Itu juga laa yang disarankan oleh En Kevin! Ye laaa, logik jugak apa yang beliau duk selalu cakap tu; apapa pun mesti dengan EXERCISE sahajork! Kalau beli beribu-ribu pun produk slimming tu, mampu ker nak maintain beribu-ribu every month? 
Walaupun kadang-kadang saya terpikir jugak, hm, mana tahu nak pakai jer mana-mana produk slimming sampai dapat target berapa weight yang diidamkan, then, after that, terus stop la produk tu then sambung balik dengan EXERCISE! hebat tak?
Tapi semua tu kes-kes terpencil. Ye la, normal case is, bila dah kurus dengan produk slimming, ingat senang ker nak maintain kurus dengan stop jer slimming produk itu then sambung dengan Exercise? Owhh... tidak sebegitu mudah yer kawan-kawan ku semua!
Makin bertambah lelemak degil tu lagi ADA!

So, apa target you nak kurus ni Diy? 

Yerlah, mesti ada milestone saya sendiri! Cheywah! Walaupun milestone tu dah lama giler and banyak kali buat, tapi tak pernah ikut target, asyik tak follow deadline sahaja! Alih-alih tergendala! My fault because keep procrastinating it!

Amaran: Jangan contohi cartoon ni!
